The Build Alliance was founded by two lifelong friends with a combined 50+ years of experience in B2B business development. Through conversations with peers in the construction industry, we identified a significant gap in the market.

often lack the expertise, or the focus, for business development. The people who could sell the business are the people already delivering the work.

rarely possess direct experience within the construction sector. They can sell, but not to a head contractor, and not about a package they do not understand.
Leveraging our extensive background in business development, we engage directly with the construction industry to establish meaningful relationships with key decision-makers: the individuals responsible for sourcing trades and manufacturers for major projects.
That is a different job from watching a tender portal. It means knowing which head contractors are shortlisting for which packages, and being a known quantity before the invitation list is drawn up.
