Tender support services across Australia
The Build Alliance covers the whole tendering cycle, from getting your business onto the lists that matter through to the debrief after an award. One engagement, three parts.
- 01
Prequalification support
Most construction work never reaches an open tender. It goes to firms already sitting on a panel, a prequalification scheme or a head contractor’s approved-supplier list. Getting onto those lists is the part that decides whether you ever see the opportunity at all.
- 02
Tender discovery
Opportunities are scattered across government portals, council registers, head contractor expressions of interest and relationships. We watch them so a director does not have to, and we send you the ones that fit rather than everything we find.
- 03
Bid support
A tender is a document, and writing documents is not what most engineers and trade businesses are set up to do well under a deadline. We work alongside your team through the submission, and we stay with it after it is lodged.
Common questions
- Do we have to take all three, or can we start with one?
- You can start with one. Most clients begin wherever the immediate problem is: usually discovery if work has gone quiet, or prequalification if they keep hearing that a job was never open to them. The three are designed to work together, but none of them depends on the others.
- How is this different from a tender alert subscription?
- An alert service sends you everything matching a keyword and stops there. We qualify against your trade, region, capacity and the contract values you actually want, and we stay involved through the bid and the debrief afterwards. The point is fewer opportunities, better matched, with support attached.
- Do you work with our competitors?
- Not in the same package. No consultant will ever bid two clients into the same lot. Each consultant deliberately carries a small number of clients, which is what makes that promise keepable.
Not sure which part you need?
That is a reasonable place to start. Tell us where the work is coming from now, and we will tell you honestly which of the three would move the needle, or whether none of them would.
